Last September we had a small house fire. We live two hours away from Kamloops and trying to coordinate and complete the repairs from the house fire became tedious and tiring. When it came time to choose the flooring Neill Steed made the job seem effortlessly. We literally walked into see him and had the flooring picked out within 30 minutes. Once the flooring was selected, the paint colors, fixtures and tile fell into place. A few weeks ago our flooring was installed and I am over the moon with end result. The installation was amazing, thanks Curt.Neill and staff of United Flooring thank for a superior job. The picture does not do the flooring justice but gives you a good idea.

Alex and his crew performed the work exactly as he had told us and our new Hardwood Floors now look Terrific. Alex was a pleasure to work with, and the crew was efficient and pleasant. They turned up on time each day and cleaned up well, with communication being easy and exact. I would re-hire without hesitation.

Excellent customer service, products and install. I’ve worked with them on three projects so far for carpets, vinyl flooring and tile. Stephanie provided excellent recommendations on vinyl flooring and tile. Sabit provided expertise for our carpet install and worked within our budget and timeframe when we were dealing with a flood. The staff are authentic, honest and work with integrity.

Family Carpet Center is the place to go! Cindy & Chuck are fantastic to work with! They are professional and really take care of their customers. We have had them put new flooring in various parts of our home and we are thrilled with the results. Their prices are fair, selection and knowledge of their products is excellent, and their customer service is great!

They have good customer service and that's it. I shopped here for a few years (2015-2018). When I started looking for alternative quotes, I realized Parkland's prices are about 30 to 45% higher. Even when I showed the sales persons proof that other shops offering lower prices, they did not or could not adjust their prices. I don't even get quotes from Parkland anymore because it is a waste of time. Prices too high. Good showroom and collection though.

So pleased with my new carpet! Tina was very patient, extremely responsive and helpful for my commercial carpeting project. I absolutely recommend using them - they even traveled to the NW metro!

We needed new flooring installed in a very tight time-frame but had to wait for strata approval to proceed. We were concerned that we wouldn't find a contractor that would be able to do the job on short notice, but Floors Depot was very flexible and completed the job within 3 days of us getting the go-ahead. Pavel did a spectacular job. Thank you!

The wood flooring and carpet looks beautiful and I am extremely pleased. Everyone at DeHaan and the installation folks were great. I had to delay my installation a few times as the contractor took much longer than anticipated and DeHaan held everything for me until the construction work was completed which was very helpful and appreciated.

Never got back to us with a price quote. Followed up to schedule a free estimate and we were ignored a second time. Never called us back. We went with carpet warehouse. Much better customer service.
